Andrea Ciaramella is an associate professor at the Politecnico di Milano, Department (Architecture, Built environment, and Construction Engineering A.B.C.), with which he has collaborated since 1995.
He does teaching, research and consulting work, specializing in the area of technological innovation and in the relationship between the construction process, real estate development and facility management. He’s member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He’s one of the partners of “BraVe management & technology”, a university spin off devoted to building performance’s assessment.
Institutional Teaching Experience
He teaches two-degree courses at the Politecnico di Milano:
- Integrated course on “Property management”, a degree course in the Architecture and Building Production program;
- Laboratory of “Facility Management”, a Master of Science in Management of the built environment, Politecnico di Milano.
- Course “Construction and real estate management innovation”, Phd Course, Department of architecture, Built environment and Construction engineering, Politecnico di Milano.
