Prof. Antonio Messineo was appointed a full professor in Applied Physics at the University of Enna “Kore” in may 2015. He was previously assistant professor and later associate professor at the University of Enna since 2010. He is the author of more than 100 scientific papers with more than 45 papers in international journals. His main research topics are related to energy and environmental planning, refrigerating engineering, renewable energies, energy and building. At the moment, his research interests are mainly related to the energetic valorization of biomass. He participated in numerous research projects at national and European level mainly related to energy and environmental planning, renewable energies.
