Dr. Elkashif has a Ph.D. degree in Construction Engineering and Management.
He has graduated as a civil engineer twenty-six years ago in 1989.
Since then he participated in many engineering, academic, and institutional capacity development programs mainly with the American University in Cairo and the Holding Company for Water and Waste Water.
General Director for Private-Public-Participation at the Holding Company for Water and Waste Water, Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development.
Part-Time Assistant Professor, participating – since Feb. 2001 – in the Professional Program in Project Management; PRMG and the Professional Program for International and Construction Contracts; PACT at the Engineering and Science Services Unit, the American University in Cairo.
